The following terms and conditions apply to events organised by Bristol 1904 Arts Interest Groups

• Each participant who attends such an event does so entirely at their own risk.
• Each participant who attends such an event is responsible for ensuring that their health and fitness are adequate for the event concerned.
• If such an event involves walking, each participant who attends the event must wear appropriate footwear and clothing and carry their own food, if required for the event, water and medication.
• Bristol 1904 Arts and the organisers of its Interest Group events accept no liability for any personal injury, illness, loss or damage to property occurring as a result of any event organised by an Interest Group.
• Organisers of Bristol 1904 Arts Interest Group events are not professional guides or responsible for participants’ safety.
